Karen R. Jenkins, CMB, AMP has over 23 years experience in the financial industry.  Karen jointed a select number of real estate professionals who have exhibited their superior knowledge, understanding and competency in residential and/or commercial real estate finance by earning the CMB designation.  The CMB is the highest professional designation for the real estate industry.

CampusMBA's School of Mortgage Banking presented Karen R. Jenkins, CMB, with the Willis Bryant Award for the September 2006, School of Mortgage Banking III.  In addition to this honor, Karen earned the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation for her completion of the School of Mortgage Banking.

The Willis Bryant Award recognizes outstanding academic achievement in the three courses of CampusMBA's School of Mortgage Banking (SOMB) and is awarded to the top student graduate at each offering of SOMB III.
